Eventually able to handle independently.
Assist Senior Contract Manager in tendering and eventually able to handle tendering of the project.
Contract Administration including Pre and Post Tender Administration.
Pre contract Administration Works includes tender evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and Sub-Contractor, preparation of BQ, taking off quantities, pricing, submission of tender & tender interview when necessary.
Post Contract administration includes procurement support, follow up projects progress, handles claims and payments, Variation Order Claims, taking off quantities and attending client / consultant & site meetings.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
More than 8 years experience in Pre and Post Contract with strong experience in tendering
Preferably involved in residential and commercial building
