DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Establishes clear sales objectives by creating a regional sales plan and quota for area in support of national objectives for the week, month, year, etc. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Implements sales promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating sales spending. Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback Suggest new services or products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENT

BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role in 3 years Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Excellent communication skills Availability to travel around areas in the region that holds (Sumatera, Kalimantan or Sulawesi)
