DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and organize security & Parking operational activity Coordinate with all security personnel and third party vendor company Supervise in the area/spot regularly and check everything is under control Evaluate security & parking operational activity
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma Degree in any major Preferably retired TNI/POLRI who had attended security training (“Gada Utama” Certificate) Minimum 5 year experiences as Security & Parking Coordinator/ Chief Security & Parking (apartment/mall/office) Advance knowledge of secure system and evaluate Ability to develop and maintain all best practice policies and procedure, including emergency situation and parking management Ability to lead security team and develop of team members (including a third party outsources security vendor and parking management vendor) Pro-active problem solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail and quality Good communication, displaying initiative, leadership, coordination and interpersonal skill High level of professionalism and integrity Computer literate (Ms. Office) Willing to be placed in Medan – North Sumatera
