Supervises the Customer Management Acts as an enthusiastic ambassador of Nespresso. Ensures visual merchandising programs are executed and all stores adhere to Nespresso standards for merchandising and product presentation. Regularly monitor all Analysis and KPIs shared by the Manager on the quality and appreciation of the delivered Customer Experience. Executes perfect events to build the Nespresso Brand
