Review customer payment terms and commercial exceptions while ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management standards. Develop and continuously improve sales support processes, workflows, policies, and internal controls. Analyze commercial performance and provide recommendations related to pricing optimization, operational improvements, and business opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team to achieve operational excellence and service quality. Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and commercial governance standards.
