PT ANDA AUTO INDONESIA was established in Indonesia in June 2024 (hereinafter referred to as ANDA). It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QINGONG INTERNATION GROUP and mainly sells products such as Sinotruk trucks, Shantui construction machinery and Qingong machinery. ANDA is mainly engaged in three business segments in Indonesia: (1)Truck and machinery sales segment: selling Sinotruk trucks, Shantui machinery and other products, and providing maintenance services and parts supply on this basis, covering a variety of models such as dump trucks, mining vehicles, and construction machinery. It is currently the official authorized agent of Sinotruk and Shantui brands in the Indonesian market. (2)Smart logistics segment: providing comprehensive solutions for smart logistics in mines. There are currently more than 50 dump trucks operating in coal mines. It provides basic transportation capacity for project operations and meets the transportation needs of mines. At the same time, we are equipped with a strong service team to inspect and maintain vehicles every day, handle problems in a timely manner, and reduce vehicle failure rates. Through real-time GPS tracking, two-way automatic response communication and other investments, we realize humanized and digital management of drivers to ensure efficient operation of the project. (3)New Energy Vehicle Smart Logistics Solution for Mines: This solution covers both solution design and vehicle provision. Through intelligent means, it enables efficient planning and precise scheduling of mine logistics and transportation, improving overall operational efficiency.
