Diakuisisi oleh Hitachi Capital Corporation pada tanggal 12 Januari 2012 dan dengan komposisi saat ini sebesar 84,98% saham oleh Hitachi Capital Asia Pacipic Pte.Ltd. (HCAP) diikuti 12,88% saham oleh PT. Ambar Kejora, dan 2,14% saham oleh PT. Buana Sejahtera masing-masing secara signifikan memperkuat PT. Arthaasia Finance menjadi salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan terbesar di Indonesia.
