Organize recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and team-building processes.

Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

Prepare and manage payroll and related data.
编制并执行工资单及相关数据。
Handle BPJS (Indonesian social security) registration.
负责BPJS(印尼社保)登记。
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and company culture.

Perform general GA duties such as asset maintenance, utility payments, vehicle management, etc.

REQUIREMENT
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in any major.
At least 2 years of experience in HR and GA divisions.
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
Strong leadership skills.

Ability to create SOPs, company regulations, job descriptions, KPIs, and training programs.
