DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Secretarial Duties
Performing all aspects of functional secretarial duties for the Head of Department and Department Personnel (where needed);
Managing the Department's administrative activities.
Housekeeping and general cleanliness of the Department.
Assisting the Head of Department in closing all petty cash/ corporate credit card accounts.
Filling and archiving of department documentation and any other general administrative matters as requested by the Head of Department.
2. Department procurement activities
To issue Purchase Requisition and track delivery of orders.
To conduct receiving and issue GRN
Manage department's stock inventory.
3. Landscaping
Managing and maintaining internal office landscaping for all TechnipFMC buildings in KL.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
To ensure that all incoming faxes are properly recorded and copies are distributed to the relevant recipients immediately via email.
To perform systematic filling of all incoming faxes for easy identification.
Any other general administrative matters as requested by the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Private Secretary (PSC).
Proven work experience as secretary or administrative assistant.
Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of multitasking and time management capability.
Possess good typing skill.
High integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in Ms Office.
