DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have Leadership Experience
Lead Process of Troubleshooting and Onsite Problem Solving Personal Computer, Notebook and Printer
Installation, Configuration Hardware, Standard OS, Client Networking
Lead the member team to meet the Service Level Agreement
Generated report weekly, monthly and quarterly
Provide excellent reponse to all user request of ICT service come from all communication media such as phone call, email, or event direct information
Software and hardware device ICT problem solving and maintenance, re-installation of OS and or application with assuring all installed software meet the standard defined by ICT
Preparation replacement all device ICT, Setup installation, data migration (from replaced unit to replacement unit) and preventive maintenance
Installation new software, remove existing software, update and or upgrade any software on part or all Equipment
Respond, resolution, and analyst outstanding ticketing with system Manage Engine
Provide proper daily, weekly, and monthly report to all problem log, including regular report based on ICT Division policy
