Energize, Leadership, Team Building, Good Communication & Administration Can write and speak English Fluently Computerize literate Responsible for legal drafting and finalization of legal document related with the project Perform Legal Due Diligent (LDD) or other research assigned Giving analysis, recommendation on all of the project in term of legal aspect Build, manage and maintain systematic legal documents data and correspondences Maintain a detailed project schedule including the track project changes and update the reports Coordinate or arrange meetings as requested & needed related to project, including prepare the minutes of meeting Ensure coordination of the interfaces with other parties, external or internal/ departments related with the project within the same company or another companies in one group

REQUIREMENT

Maximum 40 years old Minimum bachelor degree in Law from reputable University At least 4 year(s) of working experience at notary or legal administration in corporate Excellent skill in administrative job and documentation work Proactive and able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels and multi-tasking skills Understand & experience in corporate law, corporate action, land acquisition, corporate legal review, and corporate administration Able to work under pressure and in tight deadline Good knowledge in filling management Located at Surabaya
