Timely and accurate information and solution provided on technical enquiries received from Platinum Cover Customers via phone calls, emails or online chat Accurately capture customer interactions in CRM, webmail & portal Handle back end data file repair and file maintenance processes Capture and report product defects or improvement requests Maintains high level of quality and service level by meeting or exceeding KPIs set in the contact center for individual and team
REQUIREMENT

Essential - A high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in the fields of Business, IT /networking or Finance/Accounting OR studying towards an Accounting / Finance qualification. Well spoken and written English, with a desired skill in spoken Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin/Cantonese Requires strong problem solving skills, and good interpersonal skills Ideally able to demonstrate first hand experience of all the attributes listed in the above job description Working experience in a call center will be an added advantage Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Excellent communication skills Ability to multi task Desired - proficiency in computer software/s and/or programming languages. Driven and able to perform under pressure Resourceful and highly independent Ability to work in a team Attention to detail Abreast with current trends and technologies Ability to keep up to SLA and KPI metrics Quality audits and measures
