DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To provide first level application system support and troubleshoot system issues reported by and users to support team. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation (Manual). Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements (SLA). To participate in requirements gathering and analysis, writing of functional specification of propose improvement plan (Documentation). To test and assist in application system development, implementation & fixing.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Highly motivated and self-directed capable to multi-tasking, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating with vendors, customers & internal departments. Possess logical and analytical thinking in making suggestion / recommendations. Self-starter, committed to excellence and strong desire to learn. Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya Full-Time position(s) available
