DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead teams of managers, analysts and developers to ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
Provides technical support and consultation to business and IT management. Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices and integration issues, and then develop strategies for improvement
Responsible for the full portfolio of Enterprise Applications used for the organization. Review, acquire, and implement new applications to support business goals
Responsible for the negotiation, relationship management, tracking, troubleshooting and reporting of team commitments with other departments
Evaluate, install, configure, design and deploy new applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise
Plan, design and test Disaster Recovery Procedure for Business Application Systems to support business continuity, minimize risk and loss when needed
Develop policies, standards and procedures to enable effective, efficient & secure operations
REQUIREMENT
Strong background in leading SAP ERP systems, especially in Finance Modules
Experience delivering and operating enterprise systems with Cloud-based Technology (SaaS/PaaS), Analytics and Big Data
Demonstrated delivery and operational experience in complex IT solutions to deliver business transformation
Strong experience in managing stakeholders and external partners
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making
Highly driven and adaptable to change
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
