DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To promptly answer all incoming calls through the switchboard and pass calls through to the relevant person/business unit or take appropriate messages.
To welcome and register visitors, informing the correct person or business unit of the visitor’s arrival and to escort them to specific meeting venue.
To provide office facilities maintenance support by managing third party vendors for e.g. cleaner and building management etc.
To maintain office supplies and office equipment by making sure stock availability at all time
To assist in event logistic arrangement as and when there is event in the office.
To manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
To provide and maintain central booking services for meetings/conference rooms.
To create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all business units.
Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all Business Unit Heads’ itineraries.
Always maintain cleanliness and tidiness within office area
To prepare the starter kit and necessary items for new joiner in the company
To prepare the necessary staff exit procedure for resign employee
Assist in procurement process as and when is required
To perform any other administrative task that assigned by supervisor from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field of study.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Must be able to work independently and take own initiative to complete given task
Good computer skills and good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude.
Must be a good team player
