DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing and leading a team for overall office day to day administrative (accounting, taxation, logistics, inventory) work Managing logistics import, local deliveries and stocks Managing bookkeeping, VAT related documentation, audit etc Managing of database and keeping records of company's fee and expenses Keeping track of all fixed assets' monthly or annual fees and payment Liaising with related government offices and applying for required permits and licenses when necessary Handling confidentiality of documents
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Degree holder in Accountancy/Business Management or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience as Office Manager/ Highly independent, self-motivated and resourceful Familiar with Taxation, Finance and Accounting Familiar with related rules & regulations and permits required Familiar with SAP system/SAGE300 or equivalent and Microsoft Office Good command of English for communication
