DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively manage and build strong relationships with existing fleet clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our fleet services client base Prepare and present proposals and solutions tailored to client needs Negotiate and finalise contract terms with new and existing clients Monitor and report on key account performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the fleet services division
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within the fleet services or automotive industry Strong relationship-building and client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts Familiarity with fleet management solutions and services Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
