DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions Gather, analyze, and document customer information, needs, and existing processes Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans Identify, validate, and mitigate technology risks Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions Evaluate usability and scalability of solutions Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes Design, document, test, and implement software solutions Execute and support infrastructure audits and reviews Track and report on project metrics Develop, maintain, and document project plans Manage, document, and support project schedules
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Technology/Business Information System or Business or Marketing 1-3 years working experience in Application Support and/or System Implementation knowledge Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems Strong data gathering and analysis skills Responsible, dependable, and having leadership traits. Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin & English (Listen, Speak, Read, and Write) Detail oriented
