DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted job descriptions Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks Offer management, including salary negotiations and contract preparation Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain detailed records and provide recruitment performance reporting Support broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruitment Specialist Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Especially IT), management, business administration, human resources management or related discipline Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in HR-related software and applicant tracking systems
