REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruitment Specialist Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Especially IT), management, business administration, human resources management or related discipline Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in HR-related software and applicant tracking systems
