DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

a) Handling the Recruitment module and its operations. Understand how the system operates, resolve issues with vendor and where necessary escalate to HRBP for resolution. b) Responsible for the verification of Job Position Requisition and Job Posting of positions. c) Engages with HRBP and / or Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of the position(s) to be hired. d) Sourcing of candidates – resume (talent) search, candidate screening (vetting by resume and phone screening) from different channels to ensure 1st level best fit to be selected for interview within the agreed timeframe required. e) Responsible for identifying different sources / channels / approaches to source for candidates at the same time ensure on-time quality hiring. f) Update hiring managers (HM) and HRBP on profiles selected and for HM to review and select suitably qualified candidates for interview. g) Ensure the candidate to create account in Kossan Career Portal; Inform candidate to complete the online employment application form; and verify completeness of the candidate data. h) Coordinates with HM and candidate to arrange for interview. For Executive and Engineer, Lead HRSS to be present for the interview. For Assistant Manager and above positions, HRBP to be present for the interview. For 2nd interview. GM and HM to be involved for decision. i) Prepares compensation proposal (internal equity) for Head of HR, GM and HM for approval. j) Provides recruitment status report weekly to update HRBP on hiring status paying particular attention to positions that have not been closed for an extended period. k) Perform background check, security vetting and reference check on selected candidate. l) Track, monitor and analyze employee turnover rate. Work with HRBP to manage and improve employee retention rate. m) Actively participating in employer branding activities, career/ job fairs. n) Other duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. Experience: a) Proven experience in HR recruitment and payroll with min 2 - 5 years' experience. b) Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment. c) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. d) Strong Meticulous and attention to detail, proficient in payroll systems, In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
