DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be a plus Prior experience in promotional marketing, e-commerce management, or both, ideally for FMCG products for minimum 2 years Skills:Proficiency in SNS marketing and basic knowledge of managing e-commerce platforms. Ability to use design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator (basic to intermediate level is acceptable). Strong organizational skills to handle both marketing and administrative tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Personal Attributes: Creative mindset and attention to detail for marketing campaigns. Ability to multitask and handle both marketing and administrative responsibilities. Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills.
REQUIREMENT

Business Development SPV Experience as sales/marketing in FMCG industry (preferably stationary/utensils but not limited) for minimum 4 years (and currently working as Senior Staff-SPV level as this position is expected to become manager in the future) Must have experience finding, managing and maintaining relationships with dealers (distributers) to expand the market throughout whole Indonesia Excellent English skills both verbal and written Experience working in Japanese FMCG company or Rep. Office will be a plus
