DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align business and product goals. Identify new business opportunities, manage partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships. Lead product innovation efforts by working closely with the product team to ensure market competitiveness. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor the performance of current products and provide recommendations for optimization. Ensure smooth communication between business units and ensure that product development aligns with customer demands.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience 5 years in business development, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of product development processes and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English (active communication both written and spoken), Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta .
