DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assess B2B & B2C local market conditions & business competition and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Bring out the best of Sales Team Members by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Develop and maintain relationship with Used Car Showroom
Conduct program and create product/package to increase sales volume and market share
Cooperate with third parties (relevant to used car showroom) to do marketing activity in order to explore potential market
Launch, control and review programs to ensure the effectiveness of the program
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales position, preferably in automotive or financing industry In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills Placement Bandung
