DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the operational maintenance, development, and optimization of IT systems to ensure seamless business operations. Manage and lead the IT team to deliver high-quality software and system enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications, databases, and operational systems. Collaborate with other departments to identify system improvements and align IT strategies with business needs. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of operational IT systems. Monitor system performance and implement solutions for process automation and efficiency. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational reports, and user guides. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support IT operations and project implementations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT development and operational roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and security protocols. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders Mastering the operation of Amazon Web Services, Azure Strong knowledge in Linux operation and scripting with Bash, familiar with various SQL or NoSQL databases, experienced in the use of GIT Source Control Have 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer Having experience with the list below is a big plus: a. CI/CD with Jenkins or others b. Orchestration with Kubernetes or others c. Container with Docker or others Preferable: Have at least one of AWS, Azure certification
