DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices. Test Planning and Execution: Plan, design, and execute manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough coverage of software applications. Automated Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated testing scripts using Katalon, ensuring efficient and effective testing. Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve QA processes, implementing best practices and industry standards. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate QA plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in QA leadership roles, with a focus on automated testing. Technical Skills: - Strong expertise in Katalon, including script development and maintenance. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#. - Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). Leadership Skills: - Proven experience leading high-performing QA teams. - Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills. Soft Skills: - Problem-solving, adaptability, and time management. - Strong analytical and debugging skills.
