DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To understand the business processes, gather user requirements, provide the proposal and defining the functional specification and get user signed off. Perform the design , communication to technical team, SIT Testing, UAT Testing and deployment to Live environment.
Manage & handle all application relevant issues are resolved in timely manner based on priorities.
Responsible for activities involved in troubleshooting, testing, pilot and maintenance of the assigned application.
Updates users in a timely manner regarding the status of issues or any requests
Work with business user to review IT application issue logs and investigate the root cause of the issue and provide solutions.
Identifies and analyze issues, bugs defects and other problems, particularly when problems recur
Manage System Change Request/Enhancement end to end processes with proper tracking and ensure delivered within agreed timeline.
Perform application configuration and report layout design.
Preparing documentation of functional/technical specs, user training material.
To train user and IT support team members when necessary.
REQUIREMENT
Good Mandarin and English communication skills and verbal are essential.
A degree or diploma holder in Information Technology or any business technology-related field.
At least 3 years of experience in AutoCount Accounting System (v1.9 and above).
hands on experience on design, configuration. report design via Core-suites are essential.
Prior experience in Auto Parts industries is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment
Well organized and able to meet assigned deadline with good quality.
