DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure total manufacturing cost is reported accurately and within the proper period. All accrued amount need to be calculated accurateley and booked into the proper period. Ensure that variance analysis on the production cost is conducted properly. Ensure that project reports (such as EPI, CIP) is reported properly and in the timely manner. Ensure that the monthly forecast amount on manufacturing cost is monitored and variance to the actual is properly explained.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 8 years of experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role area Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor financial information for non-finance stakeholders Proficient in the use of financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers within the Financial Managers & Controllers domain Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Understand Manufacturing Process (managing RM, PM, WIP, Production, and Finished Goods). Understand Financial Management tools to analyze Manufacturing investment Having FMCG background
