DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the development and implementation of robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Cash flow, Budget, Tax, Corporate Analysis and Revenue Recognition. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. Research technical accounting issues for compliance. Support month-end and year-end close process. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Additional controller duties as necessary. Liaise with Internal Auditor Adding strategical Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to management to drive business performance Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial and operational challenges
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred Excellent SAP accounting software user and administration skills Communicate information with precision Thorough knowledge of accounting & tax principles and procedures, familiar with IFRS Proven working experience as a FP&A Leader (Senior Finance & Accounting Manager) At least 5+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role,accounting,tax and finance experiences Experience Creating Financial Statement Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Proficient in financial modelling and data analytics, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Fluency in English and Indonesian is required Having good skills on problem solving, delegate, collaborate and work well under pressure with strong leadership. Having good sense of business acumen, sense of finance & accounting and credit management
