DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in processing employee payroll accurately and efficiently. Ensure payroll data and transactions are processed and completed on time. Perform data reconciliation and verification to maintain payroll accuracy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations regarding payroll. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll data.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Management or equivalent At least 3 years of working experience in same field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF). Ability to work independently and collaborate with various departments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Organized, detail-oriented, fast learner, and adaptable. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
