DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network device problem. Perform daily operations of network and technical support. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner. Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system. To undertake any all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Proven work experienced in IT support/data center is preferred. Candidate must be proficient in typing, reading and speaking in Mandarin (regional support - China/Taiwan) Willing to relocate and work in Kuala Lumpur Able and willing to work rotational shift (Morning: 9am-6pm; Afternoon: 12pm-9pm; Night: 6pm 3am) Familiar with IT Components. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision. Ability to work independently and be a team player. A highly motivated and innovative team player.
