DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales manager and general manager Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
REQUIREMENT

S1 Degree Fresh Graduate from any major, preferably Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Petroleum/Industry) Have permanent address and domiciled in Jabodetabek Analytic Thinking, Strong personality, Great problem solving and passionate in Sales Field. Required Skill(s): Presentation skills, communication skills Fluently in English both speaking and writing Computer literature (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) Pleasant, Honest, high integrity and self motivated Responsible, Puctual, Result oriented, pro-active, team worker, have a real determination to succeed. Willing to be placed in Jakarta and do travelling.
