REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is preferred. A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in internal auditing within the property industry, , with 5 years in a leadership role ( Senior Manager / General Manager In-depth knowledge of property industry regulations and compliance requirements, including familiarity with property management systems and software. Proven experience in conducting audits within various property sectors, such as hotels, malls, residential, and apartments. Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk management, and control frameworks, with an ability to apply them specifically to property operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing property-specific challenges. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capability to work closely with property management teams and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience within the property industry. Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of property industry ethics and compliance.
