DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK). Check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions, including general journals, general ledgers, and account reconciliations. Oversee tax reporting (PPH, VAT, etc.) and maintain accurate tax documentation. Audit and Internal Control. Prepare data and documents for internal and external audit purposes. Supervise and mentor the finance accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable on a regular basis Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide financial information
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance accounting supervisory role, preferably within the Accounting industry Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including Financial Accounting & Reporting Experience with accurate accounting software Strong computer skills, MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance Required Skill(s) : Accounting, Tax, Accurate System, Finance, Analytical Thinking, Accuracy, A/R, A/P, Cash Management, Financial Report
