DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Develop and manage the company’s budget, including forecasting future financial performance and tracking budgetary compliance. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial improvement. Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and compliant with standards. Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company’s long-term goals. Support the Due diligence process of Lenders and provide response to Lenders questions and comments.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A Master Degree, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred. Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial analysis, planning, and/or business analysis as Senior Manager or equivalent position. Experience in financial services company is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. Ability to identify and resolve financial issues efficiently. Proficiency in accounting software, excel and presentation tools.
