REQUIREMENT
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. Have 5-8 years of practical experience in overseeing business and sales operations, demonstrating a proven track record to drive rapid growth. Skilled in establishing strong customer relationships and representing the company professionally, with a requirement to conduct at least 15 client visits per week. Proven success in business development, ideally within tech companies or management consulting in Indonesia. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying gaps, performing root cause analysis, and providing recommendations. Independent, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Previous experience working with international teams on cross-functional projects. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. Willing to be based in Semarang and travel frequently to nearby areas. Identifying gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, leading to actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift, and operation efficiency improvement. Leading both conceptual and practical problem-solving initiatives, making data-driven decisions with the agility to shift directions as quickly as needed. Ensuring the delivery of end-to-end processes, from planning to execution and change management. Accepting exciting assignments, helping leaders make tough decisions, partnering, and overcoming obstacles to deliver results.
