REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus. People with customer service background are welcome to apply Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex workflows to drive efficiency and productivity. Strong ability to develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Demonstrated experience in translating strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. Ability to align team efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent performance improvement. Ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and use analytics tools effectively. Strong organizational and time management abilities; detail-oriented. Strong understanding of social media, influencer trends, and KOL landscape. Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within the team. Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
