DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users, investigating technical and data issues, and ensuring seamless operations of our software systems.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical users. Proficiency in Python, SQL, API, and Google Applications is required. Experience with testing and maintaining new and existing software systems. Knowledge of infrastructure scalability, load balancing, and performance tuning for databases and software. Nice to have AWS experience. Proven ability to improve processes and workflows.
