DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create a map of potential sales areas based on regions. Prepare budget requirements for sales activities. Evaluate the execution of sales activities. Develop and propose promotional programs to increase sales. Assess the effectiveness of each promotional program. Providing training to assist new partners in running their businesses Plan and implement necessary training programs. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Review and assess the training materials used.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Finance, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing/Sales/Account Executive Creative, innovative, takes initiative, and active Can work independently and in a team Adaptable in various work environments Excellent at communication 1-on-1 and in public settings Has an extensive general business knowledge Willing to travel for work
