DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve targets. Develop strategies to acquire new customers in the Surabaya area. Increase cargo volume and tonnage through effective marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities. Plan and execute brand promotion activities and events. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align goals. Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with the Surabaya market and logistics industry. Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
