DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate and supervise IT Staff members. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department. Coordinate company digitalization projects. Systems monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and support. Technical support, user training & troubleshooting. Documentation, Administration & Reporting. Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in IS/IT, Accounting, Business, or Management from reputable university. Min 2-3 years of experience in various function IT Infrastructure. Involve in small and medium IT infrastructure Project.. Technical Profiencey: Microsoft Office, Programming Language(c#, c++, java script) , Database system integration and digitalization Analytical and problem solving skills: troubleshooting, monitoring and optimazing and data analyzing. Ability to collaboratively and communicate effectively with users and resolve basic IT issues.
