DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Cater to critical EDI requests raised by stakeholders. Modify or create EDI mappings. Support monitoring and maintenance of inbound and outbound EDI transactions in IBM Sterling Gentran Server and Oracle (server support). Provide ongoing support for internal and external users while troubleshooting and resolving issues. Review and understand trading partner requirements. Plan and develop EDI mapping changes to address new customer requirements. Correct and review EDI-related chargebacks. Standardize and document EDI business processes. Perform functional testing in the EDI system for both implementation and change requests. Implement EDI for new trading partners and warehouses. Lead EDI continuous improvement projects. Manage projects related to EDI implementation and enhancements. Perform special tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Business or related field. At least 5 years in EDI development or a similar role. Desired experience with integration frameworks like Boomi. Business Analyst or Project Management experience is a plus. Knowledge of EDI formats and experience with Gentran. Advanced knowledge of C#.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals and groups. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, including neatness and punctuality. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines. Flexible with scheduling requirements.
