REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Contact Center or Business related field 2. Strong experience in managing and administering Salesforce applications 3. Fluent in Speaking/Writing in English (B2 English proven by EFSET Test) 1. Salesforce Knowledge Base Expertise Proficient in managing the Salesforce Knowledge Base module. Experience in creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles, categories, and workflows. Familiarity with user access controls and visibility settings for Knowledge Base content. 2. Salesforce Administration Skills Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including object management, profiles, roles, and permissions. Ability to configure Salesforce applications (e.g., custom fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules). 3. Experience with Salesforce Applications Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, as it often integrates with the Knowledge Base module. Experience with configuring and managing Salesforce AppExchange applications. 4. Communication and Collaboration Skills Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce configurations. 5. Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator (advantageous).
