DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the company's computer systems, networks, and software applications Implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect the company's data and systems Analyzing and optimizing the performance of the company's IT systems to ensure efficient operations Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related issues Upgrading and maintaining the company's hardware and software in line with industry standards Documenting and maintaining detailed records of IT-related processes and procedures
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT support or network administration role Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and troubleshooting techniques Proficient in the use of monitoring and diagnostic tools for network and system analysis Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality IT support Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiar with hardware & software
