Offering end customers first and second level IT support
Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops and printers), and software license monitoring;
Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations on a daily basis to ensure smooth business operation, including end-user computing device performance monitoring;
Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, applications, and other related equipment and devices;
Oversee the procurement of IT equipment, software, and related products, including managing procurement procedures and assisting with requirements scoping and evaluation
REQUIREMENT
Have a recognized information technology diploma or degree, or its equivalent;
Have at least three years of experience supporting end users with IT
Skilled at resolving minor IT problems and elevating them to higher levels of IT support
