Lead team to reach monthly and annual KPI Target Create an effective sales strategy to achieve sales team targets. Make planning & work reports and ensure daily, weekly and monthly activities according to plan. Coaching, mentoring, and evaluation of the sales team to achieve targets.
REQUIREMENT

Good Educational Background Min. 2-3 Years Working Experience Sales Supervisor premium Car. Having Automotive Europe Car Background is Preferable. Understand sales of premium cars. Good English Communication is A Point Plus.
