DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Check & upload CoS vehicle into SAP and ensure the transaction is posted into proper GL account.
· Input manual journal entries into SAP and ensure the transaction's data is posted into proper GL accounts.
· Reconcile Inventory vehicle in SAP with data from CSS and do analysis/explanation if there is discrepancies.
· Prepare VAT out reconciliation with sales turnover and do analysis/explanations if there is discrepancies.
· Prepare COGS reconciliation comparing with inventory movement and do analysis/explanation for the discrepancies.
· Checking monthly tax compliance report from tax consultant before submitting to the tax authority.
· Manage the external and internal audit requirements and liaise with the auditor and governmental bodies including tax authorities in timely manner.
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor or Master Degree - Major Finance, Accounting, Management
· Min. 5 years experiences in accounting and finance with analytical functions preferably in automotive
