DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyse customer needs and support for troubleshooting problems/ change request Support reporting , documentation and standby monitoring. Perform maintenance of devices at customers in accordance with SLA Provide solutions and give recommendation to the customer according to their needs Responsive services
REQUIREMENT

Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from any reputable university Ready to work under shifting Strong knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, internet applications, networking, and data communication. Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field Knowledge in Routing Switching Technologies, Data Centre Technologies, WAN Technology, Wireless Technology, Edge Technology Having a CCNP is must (Cisco in Professional level) Good in English and good communication skills Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance inline with a broad plan, or strategy
