DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and setup in an accurate and timely manner based on brand guidelines. Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third-party vendors Compare pricing and material to determine suitable pricing and quality and manage related vendor for negotiate, evaluate and looking new vendors. Hands-on involvement in conceptualizing and designing internal promotional materials (both 2D and 3D align with brand guideline. Support & prepare offline design needs from the brand team or Retail team for event / store promotions regarding planning visual graphics & motion graphics needs, arranging display according the brand guideline. Supervise, implementing and monitoring the installation of visual displays at events or store to ensure they meet design specifications and brand standards
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising & graphics design, preferably within the beauty industry or retail company Bachelor’s degree from Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Merchandising, Business or other related subjects Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Demonstrable visual design skills and with a strong retail merchandising portfolio Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, creative and innovative thinker Fluent in English is a MUST Have skills in visual design and update with latest merchandising retail trend.
