DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and support the business partner team for the manufacturing function, including reviewing the process improvement across the manufacturing site.
Project management and analysis of financial impact of large, manufacturing, and finance projects.
To ensure availability and accuracy of proposed factory budget/standard cost.
Assist internal business unit for supply chain finance queries and matters
Prepare, simulate, and calculate product costing-logistic cost-forecast and actual.
Provide visibility to contract manufacturing, procurement, and logistics focusing on continuous improvement and business performance/KPIs of operational drivers.
Partnering with supply chain teams to identify and facilitate implementation of short-term strategic initiatives to deliver budget and long-term plan; drive accountability and implement tracking of savings projects vs goals.
REQUIREMENT
Holds Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management
Has experience of min. 5 years in the same level in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry
Has solid track record in SAP FI-CO module with COPA & material ledger analysis
Has broad financial management experience with strong budgeting background
Highly proficient in Ms. Excel
Has an understanding of activity based costing and logistics controlling
