DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responding promptly to IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues reported by employees Providing hands-on support and guidance to users in resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems Performing regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure the reliability and security of our IT systems Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency Documenting technical procedures and maintaining detailed records of IT support activities Providing training and support to ensure that staff are able to effectively utilise our technology tools Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
REQUIREMENT

Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying technical knowledge Adaptable and able to work well under pressure to provide timely and efficient support Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry technologies would be an advantage
